Access Request Instructions:

online request form (link below):
Please double check that you have input your email address correctly.
Login credentials will be sent to the email address provided in the
form subsequent to verification.
PRC strives to accomodate requests within a 24 hour working day period.
Disclaimer: Internet Explorer 6 or higher is needed to access the documents within the Case Docket system.
If you have previously registered but forgotten your username or password, send an email with the subject "Forgot my username/password" along with the name you registered under to prc.helpdesk@state.nm.us.

The material provided on Infoshare is for informational purposes
only. The documents provided on Infoshare have been filed with the
Commission, however, there is currently a lag time between the time
a document is filed and the time it is posted on Infoshare. Additionally,
because of the number of documents required to be found and scanned,
the Transportation Division records in the Infoshare System may not
be complete. Therefore, parties desiring updated copies of documents
or to view the actual Commisson file, must contact the NMPRC Records

those files.
